Organic Green Olives in EVO Oil 400 g
The Giarraffa olive is a traditional Sicilian olive variety, highly valued for the production of premium table olives. We process the olives while they are still green, at the ideal stage of ripeness, when they preserve their fresh flavour, firm texture, and finest organoleptic characteristics. The natural curing process is slow and carefully controlled: the olives are preserved in brine inside large tanks for several months. Once the ideal balance of flavour and sapidity is achieved, they are processed in an artisanal way to enhance their delicate taste and distinctive Mediterranean aroma. Finally, our organic green Giarraffa olives are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and oregano, creating an authentic Sicilian gourmet delicacy.
