Extra Lemon Marmalade 200 g

Semi-finished natural 100% pistachio paste, obtained from high quality pistachio, selected from the best producers. Toasted and transformed into pure paste on the same day in order to maintain the intense flavours and aromas of freshly toasted pistachio. As it is a semi-finished product, it is ideal for use in pastry shops, ice cream shops but it is perfect also to enrich your personalised home-made recipes with an extra touch of class.

The prickly pear is a fruit produced only in Southern Italy. Its organoleptic and healing properties are innumerable: it is rich in vitamin C and minerals including potassium and magnesium. It also contains many fibers that help peristalsis, and counteracts the problem of constipation.

We made this compote from the rich harvest of fruits of our organic sweet cherry trees in our orchard, which were once planted by "nonno" Francesco, just a few kilometers from our farm. In order to preserve the juicy taste of the fruit, we process the sweet cherries into high-quality and tasty compotes within 24 hours of the harvest.

This marmalade is obtained from Sicilian blood oranges "Tarocco" recognized all over the world for their quality. One of our strengths is to process the orangeswithin 24 hours of picking. This guarantees the persistence of the aromas and perfumes of freshly picked oranges.
